FAQ
How long does it take?
We film and edit first. Once you have approved the film and the cover design, printing and loading usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. If you have a fixed date, such as an open day or a show, put it in the form below and we will plan backwards from it. A faster turnaround is available for urgent jobs.
Is there a minimum order?
The package starts with 10 branded Vidipacks. If you need more from the start, add a booster of 10 (£90 each) or 50 (£60 each).
Can we reorder more later?
Yes. We keep your film and cover artwork on file, so a reorder is just the Vidipacks, with no new filming or design. Get in touch with how many you need and when, and we will send you a price.
How do they charge, and how long does the battery last?
Each Vidipack plays for over 2 hours on a single charge, and tops up with the charging cable supplied.
How long can the video be?
The Vidipacks can hold up to 24 minutes of video, although we recommend having a short 1 minute video for the most impact.
Can a Vidipack play more than one video?
Yes. Extra buttons let each Vidipack play a different video from each button, for example your interview film on one and a product film on another.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Vidipack comes with a 12 month warranty.
